When you create an account, we may collect:

• Email address (via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In)
• Display name and profile photo (from your sign-in provider)

1.2 Voice and Session Data

When you use the venting feature, we process:

• Voice audio: Audio is streamed in real-time to our AI service for processing and is not stored on our servers after the session ends.
• Session transcripts and insights: Text summaries and emotional analyses generated from your sessions are stored in your personal, encrypted Firestore database.

1.3 Usage Data

We automatically collect certain data when you use the Service:

• Device type, operating system, and app version
• Session duration and frequency
• Feature usage patterns (anonymized)
• Crash reports and performance data (via Firebase Crashlytics)

1.4 Subscription Data

If you subscribe to SpeakOut Pro, we store:

• Subscription status, plan type, and expiration date
• Transaction identifiers (we do not store payment card details — all payments are processed securely by Apple App Store or Google Play)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the SpeakOut service
• Deliver real-time AI-powered emotional analysis
• Generate personalized emotional insights and mood tracking
• Process subscription payments and manage your account
• Send important service notifications (e.g., session summaries)
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Cloud infrastructure (Firebase/Firestore) with:

• Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest
• Firebase Security Rules that restrict access to your data to you alone
• Regular security audits and monitoring

Voice audio is processed in real-time and is not persisted after your session concludes. Only the generated text insights are stored.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: Google Cloud Platform (hosting, AI services), Firebase (authentication, database), and Apple/Google (payment processing)
• Legal compliance: When required by law, regulation, or legal process
• Safety: To protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the public

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data stored in the app
• Export your session data (available for Pro subscribers)
• Delete your account and all associated data at any time via our account deletion page or within the app's Settings
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account:

• All personal data, session history, and insights are permanently deleted within 30 days
• Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for service improvement

7. Children's Privacy

SpeakOut is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@innofun.digital.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in regions where our service providers operate (including but not limited to the United States and Asia-Pacific regions). We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in compliance with applicable laws.
