๐Ÿš€ Getting Started

SpeakOut is an AI-powered emotional wellness companion. It lets you vent and express your feelings through real-time voice conversations with an AI. After each session, you receive a detailed emotional analysis with insights to help you understand and grow from your emotions.

Simply open the app, go to the Home tab, and tap the microphone button. Start speaking โ€” the AI will listen and respond in real-time. When you're done, tap the stop button. The app will generate a session summary with emotional insights automatically.

SpeakOut supports multiple languages including English, Chinese (Simplified & Traditional), Japanese, Spanish, and more. The AI will automatically detect and respond in the language you speak. You can also change the app's UI language in Settings.

No. SpeakOut is a wellness tool designed to help you process everyday emotions, not a medical device or therapy replacement. If you're experiencing serious mental health issues, please consult a licensed mental health professional. SpeakOut includes crisis detection and will suggest professional resources if needed.

๐Ÿ’Ž Subscription & Billing

Free: 3-minute venting sessions, basic emotional analysis, mood tracking, and emotion transformation.

Pro: 15-minute sessions, deep emotional analysis with detailed insights, unlimited session history, advanced mood trends and charts, priority AI responses, and data export capabilities.

Go to the Profile tab and tap "SpeakOut Pro". Choose either the monthly ($4.99/month) or yearly plan (with savings). Payment is processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

iOS: Go to iPhone Settings โ†’ Apple ID โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ SpeakOut โ†’ Cancel Subscription.

Android: Open Google Play Store โ†’ Menu โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ SpeakOut โ†’ Cancel.

Note: Simply deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your device's store settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by SpeakOut directly.

iOS: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow the instructions.

Android: Open Google Play Store โ†’ Menu โ†’ Order history โ†’ find the SpeakOut purchase โ†’ Request a refund.

Sign into SpeakOut using the same account (Google or Apple) on your new device. Go to the Pro subscription page and tap "Restore Purchases". Your subscription status will be automatically restored.

๐Ÿ”’ Privacy & Security

No. Your voice audio is streamed in real-time for AI processing and is not stored on our servers after the session ends. Only the text-based session summaries and emotional insights are saved to your personal account.

Only you. Your data is stored in a secure, encrypted database with strict access rules. No one โ€” not even our team โ€” can access your personal session data without your explicit permission.

You can delete your account in two ways:

1. In-app: Go to Settings โ†’ scroll down โ†’ "Delete Account"
2. Web: Visit our Account Deletion page

Account deletion permanently removes all your data including session history, insights, and profile information within 30 days.

๐Ÿ”ง Troubleshooting

Try these steps:

1. Ensure the app has microphone permission (check in your device's Settings)
2. Make sure you're in a quiet environment and speaking clearly
3. Check your internet connection โ€” SpeakOut requires an active connection for AI processing
4. Try closing and reopening the app
5. If the issue persists, contact us at support@innofun.digital

Session insights are generated after the session ends and may take a few seconds. If they don't appear:

1. Check your internet connection
2. Pull down to refresh the Insights tab
3. Ensure you spoke for more than 30 seconds (very short sessions may not generate detailed insights)
4. Try restarting the app

Try these steps:

1. Update SpeakOut to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play
2. Restart your device
3. Clear the app cache (Android: Settings โ†’ Apps โ†’ SpeakOut โ†’ Storage โ†’ Clear Cache)
4. If the issue persists, please email us at support@innofun.digital with your device model and OS version
